With a vast knowledge of Hip Hop dating back to the early 1980's and record shop management for almost a decade in the naughties, a gap in the web site market was calling.

Successfully wining a small business loan from The Prince's Trust, a British young entrepreneurs charity, Rapshack.co.uk was born. Supplying record shops in the East of England whilst constructing the site nurtured the brand name and built a customer base. After a year of blood, sweat and tears the website was ready to go live.

Constructing the site with no web knowledge and little computer know how proved challenging yet exciting. Within a month of going live orders from as far away as New Zealand were being made, proving that all the hard work in setting up the site had been worth it.

A year after starting up, Rapshack.co.uk was awarded an enterprising award from The Prince's Trust for the best business in it's region. The owner, Adam had a chance to flex his other skill, Scratching and DJing before A-List celebrities such as Will Smith, Thandie Newton and Joanna Lumley to name a few at a charity gig held by The Prince's Trust at the prestigious 5 star London hotel, The Dorchester.

Two years later into the game, a 'bricks and mortar' shop was opened and sponsorship of the 'Album Of The Month' in the longest running Hip Hop magazine, Hip Hop Connection saw the success of the Rapshack brand grow. Unfortunately the magazine is no longer running as a paper format and unforeseen circumstances with the premises led to a premature closure of the shop. Determined and passionate this was seen as a mere set back. The Rapshack crew were not willing to lay down their guns yet!!

Just after 3 years of going live Rapshack.co.uk was ranked number 1 on Google* and Yahoo** and was one of the fastest growing on line record shops for UK and Import Hip Hop, Funk Vinyl and CDs, DVDs, magazines, rarities and collectables, video uploads and Hip Hop events listings to arise from the U.K.

Diversifying into radio late 2012 with a downloadable Podcast the Rapshack brand was re kindled to a whole new following. Joining Itch Fm, the UK's biggest radio station dedicated to Hip Hop mid 2013 was an even bigger boost for the Rapshack team.

Now purely an online and Podcast venture the Rapshack Radio Show has reached a ranking of 5 in the Hip Hop category and 298*** in the overall category in the World rankings on Podomatic. PodOmatic hosts the world's largest community of independent Podcasters and DJ's, with over 4,000,000 episodes and mixes published. Yet again Rapshack has proven to be at the forefront of Hip Hop with the biggest names in the game such as DJ Premier, MF Doom, Slick Rick, Juelz Santana, Atmosphere and many more championing the show via social media.

After a four year hiatus from music A.Gee has returned to the airwaves witha brand new sounding radio show. The Good Morning Radio Show is a new weekly radio show and downloadable podcast, focusing on pure vibes, positivity, good news from around the world and of course great music! However, The Good Morning World Radio Show is not a Rap Radio Show - expect to hear an eclectic mix of Reggae, Funk, Rap, Soul, RnB, Electro and occassionaly some House, just as you would if you were to see A.Gee live in the mix.
